Golosaria is the first review of Italy's excellent food and wine that every year, at the end of October, in Milan promotes the meeting between producers and the general public.
During the 2019 edition, CWS supported the customer by creating a digital empowerment project dedicated to exhibitors with the aim of increasing their visibility through a dedicated Instagram account.
What did we do? During the summer we created a manual, shared with all the members of the initiative, in which we revealed all the tricks of the hottest social media of the moment to start a path towards social commerce, encouraging exhibitors to open (or update in a professional way) their Instagram profile.
In September, we followed the customer in opening an Instagram account (@meetgolosaria) with the aim of giving visibility through repost, dedicated collections and stories to the exhibitors' content.
During the days of the fair, each participating exhibitor was provided with a QR code to be displayed on its stand, directly connected with its Instagram profile to ensure direct and lasting contact between the producer and its potential new customers, even after the days of the event.
