The Data Controller processes personal data such as: name, surname, corporate name, tax code, VAT number, e-mail, telephone number, address, date and place of birth, bank and payment references, and the like (hereinafter “personal data” or simply “data”), communicated by you during the conclusion and execution of contracts, namely by virtue of relationships and pre-negotiations (including the management of the curricula requested and/or received). The company does not collect and process different and particular (sensitive) data in relation to your position.
The Services of the Data Controller are not intended for children under 18 years of age and the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. Where the person providing the data is a minor, such processing is only permitted if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorized by the holder of parental responsibility, for whom the personal data and a copy of the identification documents are acquired. Differently, in the event that information on minors is unintentionally recorded or collected, the Data Controller will delete it promptly.

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union of the Data Controller and/or third companies in charge and duly appointed as data processors. Currently the servers are located in Italy. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
