The new portal for
the management of the entries to the International Book Fair to be held May 18
- 22 at the “Lingotto Fiere” bears the name “CWS”. The City of Turin has, in
fact, entrusted us to update the old portal that electronically governed all
paperwork aimed at allowing exhibitors and publishers to participate in the event.
The portal will not
only be used for the Book Fair, but for all the scheduled events at the
Lingotto Fiere from now on.
Through it, the exhibiting
companies have the possibility to register, visualize the technical
documentation needed to fill in for
participation in the fair, and to submit the scanned forms. A “technical” user verifies
the documentation and confirms or refuses the exhibitors. Once approved, the exhibiting
companies are registered and given a login allowing them to indicate what
vehicles and workers need access to the restricted area so they can set up their
stands; it also creates a badge which is then sent to the exhibitors.
Once again we have demonstrated
our reliability despite the limited time available of around two weeks; this
gives proof of our professionality and reveals that for us, deadlines are not
an obstacle, but a motivating challenge.
